Mr. Dalvie earned an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in computer science and economics with honors from Yale University.

Dr. Hou is a guest professor of Nanjing University & Ocean University of China. He also serves as the Chairman of the China City Objective Management Research Committee; consultant of China Government Performance Appraisal Research Team; is a commentator with China Review Monthly and participates as a researcher at the China Institute of Management Science Academy. Under his leadership, Qingdao government applied the philosophy of objective management and became a national leader in this area.

Mr. Jiang is also on the board of CR Cement, CR Power, CR Enterprise & China Capital (Holding). He led the implementation of BSC & 6S in CRC group. The success of BSC was recognized by Dr. Kaplan & Dr. Norton, who awarded China Resource Microelectronics the “Hall of Fame” for Strategy Execution in 2006.

Mr. Luo earned an EMBA from CEIBS. He is currently the chief editor of Shanghai SASAC, deputy director of Shanghai Modern Rights Theory Institute & vice director of Agency Committee under Shanghai Economic Academy. Mr. Luo contributed to construction of Shanghai international finance center, reform of China state-owned enterprises, and reform of China’s property right market development. And Shanghai SASAC is an authoritative publication about reform of state-owned enterprises and modern property right policy.

Dr. Qi is currently associate dean and professor of accounting of CKGSB. He earned his doctoral degree from Michigan State University and taught in The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research interests include financial reporting & analysis, earnings management by listed firms, and strategy execution by Chinese companies. Dr. Qi is a member of the American Accounting Association and serves in the board of directors of several NASDAQ listed companies.

Dr. John Rutledge was one of the principal architects of US President Reagan’s economic plan in 1980-81 and has been an advisor to the Bush White House on tax policy. He is the Chairman of the Rutledge Capital, a private equity investment firm, and member of famous Heartland Institute and Pacific Research Institute. He recently accepted the appointment of Financial Advisor to the Governor of Haidian District in Beijing, China and a visiting professorship at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He served as a judge in China CCTV program – Win in China.

Dr. Yong-Ling Sun is one of the most recognized and best-known strategy consultants in China. She earned an MBA from Duke University, and later, a DBA. Dr. Sun has provided extensive consulting and training services to more than 100 companies in China. Dr. Sun co-authored the first bilingual book on BSC written in China – Balanced Scorecard & Strategy Execution Applications in China. She has received several awards as one of the top 10 management consultants in China, including recognition by the China Academy of Sciences.

As a member of the Kaplan and Norton team for ten years, Matthew has worked with countless organizations throughout the world to create value through rapid and effective strategy execution. Mr. Tice is a frequent public speaker and occasionally guest teaches strategic management modules at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) in their executive and mainstream MBA programs. He is also a member of the CEO Committee of Australia.

Dr. Xin is also professor of Organization and Leadership at IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland. Prior to joining CEIBS, Dr. Xin served on the faculties of Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, University of Southern California, Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the National University of Ireland. Dr. Xin earned her doctoral degree from the University of California and has two master degrees majoring linguistics and business management. She has published widely in journals such as American Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Management Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, and Strategic Management Journal.

Mr. Yang is currently the Chief Editor of Manager and CEO of www.sino-manager.com. Under his leadership, Manager has grown into an influential and leading business journal in China. Mr. Yang is a member of the first EMBA course of Economy & Management School of Tsinghua University. He has long years of professional studies in the area of Corporate Development, Business Modeling, Branding & Public Relations.

Dr. Yin earned a doctoral degree in political economy in 2004. She has strong expertise in corporate performance management, was a key fellow of the National EVA project and has studied the feasibility of EVA in China enterprises. She has also focused on such academic areas as macro-economics, regional economics, and private enterprise development & information technology devices.

Dr. Xin-Guo Zhang is a Vice President of China Aviation Industry Corporation, an ultra large state-owned industrial group reporting directly to the Central Government. Dr. Zhang is the chairman of China Aviation Academe, associate chairman of Chinese Society of Inertial Technology. He is also part-time professor & mentor of PHD students of several famous universities in China.
